By booking or receiving any service from Karla’s Kustom Massage (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not schedule or receive services.
Licensed Practice: All massage services are provided by Louisiana-licensed massage therapists.
Health Disclosure: You must complete an intake form and disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or medications. We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment for safety reasons.
Age Requirement: Clients under 18 must have written consent and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Scheduling: Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your session; full fees apply.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be charged up to 100 % of the service fee.
Pricing: Current rates are listed on our website and may change without prior notice.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved gift certificates. All payments are due at the time of service.
Gratuities: Optional and appreciated but not required.
Gift certificates and prepaid packages are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire one year from purchase unless otherwise required by law.
We provide professional therapeutic services only. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or intoxication will result in immediate termination of the session with full fees charged and possible refusal of future service.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
All website content, logos, and materials are the property of Karla’s Kustom Massage and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
