Refund & Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Window: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or no-fee reschedule.
Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours): Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and may be charged up to 100 % of the service fee.
No-Shows: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and charged the full service fee.
Non-Refundable: All prepaid packages, series, and gift certificates are final sale and cannot be refunded once purchased.
Transferable: They may be transferred to another person by written request from the original purchaser.
Expiration: Unless otherwise stated, packages and gift certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unopened retail items (e.g., lotions, essential oils) may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for an exchange or store credit. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash payments will be refunded in cash or by company check at our discretion.

We reserve the right to waive or modify this policy in the event of verified medical emergencies, severe weather closures, or other circumstances beyond the client’s control.
Karla’s Kustom Massage may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our website and apply to future transactions.
